Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego Endorses Adelita Grijalva for Congress

Tucson, Ariz. – La Gente for Grijalva announced that Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego is the latest Arizona leader to endorse Adelita Grijalva in the upcoming Special Primary Election for Arizona’s seventh congressional district.

She has the experience and local knowledge that will help make our government work for the people again. Adelita is a fighter and will always stand on principle. That's what sets her apart, and that's why we need her in Washington,” said Kate Gallego.

The Special Primary Election is scheduled for July 15, with the Special General Election scheduled for September 23. The voter registration deadline for the special primary is June 16, and early voting begins on June 18.
